With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, including at Netflix and Fox21 Television Studios, Mark is a seasoned business and legal affairs professional with insider knowledge and experience and a genuine leader in handing matters involving content, media, and emerging technology.
At Netflix, Mark served as Counsel, negotiating high-stakes series development agreements for original scripted content. He also led key negotiations with studios for licensed projects, cultivating strategic partnerships that drove success across the platform’s global slate.

Previously, as Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Fox21 Television Studios (a division of 20th Century Fox), Mark played a pivotal role in shaping the business and legal strategy for acclaimed series such as Homeland, The Americans, Mayans MC, and National Geographic originals.

Beyond traditional media, Mark brings a dynamic perspective from the startup world. At Autograph, the digital media venture co-founded by Tom Brady, he navigated the evolving landscape of blockchain-enabled entertainment, gaming, and sports experiences while managing critical media partnerships.
