Mark Oganessian is a Partner at Patrick Doerr, where he brings more than a decade of experience across the entertainment industry. A seasoned business and legal affairs professional, he has advised major studios, streaming platforms, and emerging ventures at the intersection of content, media, and technology.
Mark served as internal legal counsel at Netflix, negotiating high-stakes development agreements for original scripted content and leading key negotiations with studios for licensed projects across the platform’s global slate. Previously, he was Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Fox21 Television Studios, where he helped shape strategy for acclaimed series including Homeland, The Americans, Mayans MC, and National Geographic originals. Beyond traditional media, Mark broadened his perspective at Autograph, the digital media venture co-founded by Tom Brady, navigating the evolving landscape of blockchain-enabled entertainment, gaming, and sports experiences. He is also the founder of THINK CREATIVE LEGAL, a boutique imprint dedicated to supporting the creative community.
