Daniel will be working across several practice areas, with a particular focus on high-stakes disputes, risk mitigation strategies, and the enforcement and protection of intellectual property. Daniel received his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he distinguished himself as a staff editor on the law review and demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and academic excellence. During law school, Daniel honed his litigation and research skills through competitive externships, including with the New York City Law Department and the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. These experiences equipped him with a practical understanding of both public sector and federal court litigation, enriching his ability to serve a wide range of clients.

Before joining Patrick | Doerr, Daniel worked on complex litigation matters where he gained hands-on experience in all stages of trial preparation and dispute resolution.
